The menu is really impressive as play centres go, there was everything from paninis, wraps and salads to hot mains like fish and chips, curry and burgers. Of course, they both couldn't wait to run off and explore the huge play area, allowing me the opportunity to take a look at the exquisite World Street Kitchen Menu. ![]() I was impressed by how modern the venue was, it was clear it had been recently renovated, each booth had a flat screen TV so the children can watch something whilst eating. Playworld is one of Yorkshire’s biggest indoor play centres but I was surprised by the size when we arrived. So naturally, I headed over there with my two children to see what all the fuss was about. Out of all the responses we got on our poll Playworld received a staggering 79% of the votes, making it a clear winner by a country mile. Our poll revealed that Playworld in Marsh, Huddersfield is the favourite Yorkshire play centre. However, until recently it hasn't been known which play centre is the favourite amongst local parents. They're a good place to meet up with family and friends too so you can have a natter whilst the kids are occupied. Most of them sell coffee, cakes and other snacks too, so often you can kill two birds with one stone. When it’s too wet to visit the park but you just need to get out of the house, indoor ‘soft play’ areas can be a lifesaver for parents, myself included.
